The Stag Capital Team

Who we are

Stag Capital Companies is a private investment firm that invests in operating businesses, commercial real estate (multifamily and industrial), and venture capital for growth-stage companies. The founders, Albert Gillispie, Steven Willis, and Tanner Noble have a combined 26 years of experience investing in real estate and operating businesses.

Our business consists of multiple subsidiaries that make up our investment flywheel.

At the beginning of the flywheel is our private investment firm, Stag Capital Companies. Our typical client is either a business owner who has sold a business and is looking to invest the profits or a business leader that runs a successful business and is looking to invest their excess cash flow.

To support those customers we have Stag Business Brokerage next on the flywheel to help business owners successfully market and sell their companies. Stag Business Brokerage is the West Texas office of Transworld Business Advisors. Transworld Business Advisors is the world leader in the marketing and sales of businesses, mergers and acquisitions, and franchises.

Rounding out the flywheel is Stag Business Coaching, which supports the clients of Transworld, as well as other small businesses. Stag Business Coaching helps guide businesses to streamline their operations, increase their profits, and ultimately create healthier, more stable and valuable companies.

Each part of our business fuels the next, ensuring there is no wasted effort or resources while serving our clients finding the right investment opportunities to preserve and grow their wealth.
